Maria Rickert Hong is going to share her healing journey with us, which involves healing herself and her two sons from a multitude of health issues.
Maria discovered that she was suffering from adrenal exhaustion about the time one of her son's was showing signs of Sensory Perception Disorder (SPD, formerly known as Sensory Integration), which is now diagnosed in 1 out of 6!
Maria's sons were suffering from allergies, asthma, and acid reflux. Maria made the choice to find healing in real food -- by eliminating offensive foods, adding in nutritious whole foods, Body Ecology Diet then GAPS Diet.
Maria also addressed Heavy Metal toxicity as part of her healing journey -- she will share how this has impacted the healing for herself and her sons.
Maria is also a current student training as I did last year with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
