Media giant Vogue Magazine is suing a small San Salvador Company called “Vogue” Corp., S.A. de C.V, who is trying to register its trademark in the United States.  Vogue Magazine claims that it would cause “dilution” of their brand.

In this particular case, the court must determine whether there can be more than one trademark of the same name in different markets.

Internationally Known Attorney David Willig is the “David” taking on the “Goliath” of Vogue Magazine.

As seen on Forbes and ESPN, David Willig is an internationally known attorney.
