Deanna A. Mims is the owner of marketing and business development firm MarketDone, where she serves startup, small business and non-profit clients with marketing planning strategy and management. 

With over 20 years experience with social service agencies in all phases of association management, HR and community outreach capacities, her expertise lies in crafting and managing the messaging and marketing for clients/partners, networking and collaborating models and public relations. 

Deanna is Past President of BPW (Business & Professional Women), has been recognized as one of the Tallahassee Democrat’s 25 Women You Should Know, is a VP of Marketing for ASTD, Tallahassee, and former Community Service Co-Chair for AAFT (American Advertising Federation.  A Chamber member, she is also involved with FPRA (Florida Public Relations Association) and has been a member of TSAE (Tallahassee Society of Association Executives) FSAE (Florida Society of Association Executives), and BBSHRM (Big Bend Society of Human Resource Managers). She is a graduate of the 2011 Tallahassee /Leon County’s Economic Development Council’s Entrepreneurial Excellence Program. She currently produces the speakers schedule for a community radio show, Tallahassee Talks on the ESPN 97.9 channel, and is in the early researching stages of the viability of a collaborative, co-working office space in Tallahassee.
