Sakada wants to change the world – one book at a time! She created the Visionary Author Program for cutting-edge entrepreneurs who are ready to up the level of their business by taking the big step from “expert” to “visionary.” By writing visionary-level books that share their mission and message with the world, they will also bring clients and multiple streams of income to their business.

Since writing an excellent book is the first step, she developed the Write Your Book program, a unique approach to writing the nonfiction, transformational book. In her coaching and teaching, one of Sakada’s specialties is helping people to open up a writing process that will make writing a book easier and at the same time, make the writing more powerful and authentic. In Write Your Book, Sakada has combined book building with creative and innovative writing instruction.

Sakada has been teaching writing since 2000, when she graduated with her MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University. Her B.A. from the University of Michigan is in Journalism. Her teaching experience ranges from skid row workshops to university classrooms, where she taught full-time, both in undergraduate and graduate programs. She has been working with private clients for over six years.  

Sakada is the author of Write Your Book: Establish Your Expertise & Market Your Business and Into a Long Curl. Her forthcoming book is The Poetics of Energy.
