The two stages that are the most important are finding and acepting the real poblems before them. As Albert Einstein said “ If I had one hour to solve the problems of the world I would spend 50 minutes uncovering what the real problems are and 10 minutes finding the solution.
The audience will learn the Gordon Ramsey from Kitchen Nightmares approach to finding the real problems that an organization must deal with and how to take down any barriers that might be preventing a company from accepting what they found.
The show will examine what went wrong at Kodak and how clues were ignored that something was terribly wrong. If Kodak had accepted the real issues that were slowly destroying their business things might have been different.
