Melisa Zwilling

Join us live for a special one hour show with guest Melisa Zwilling. Melisa Zwilling is a partner with the law firm of Carr Allison and is a resident in its Birmingham, Alabama, office. Her practice now focuses exclusively on Medicare Compliance and she is considered a national authority on this topic. Melisa has published numerous articles in major journals nationwide and has been a guest speaker at seminars and conferences across the country. In addition to her law practice, Melisa is a very active volunteer with the American Heart Association. Since unexpectedly experiencing a TIA ("warning stroke") in 2004, she has been passionate about spreading the word to other women and their families about stroke recognition and prevention. Melisa has also been a strong advocate for the passage of state and national legislation designed to reduce the incidence of stroke and heart disease. To reach a broader audience with her message, Melisa became involved in pageants. She is currently Mrs. Southeast International 2011. Melisa is strongly committed to her family. She has been very happily married to Ed Zwilling for almost 8 years. They have two amazing children, Autumn who is 5 and Grayson who will be 5 months old on January 18th, 2011.
