Nancy Desler, Marketing and Creative Design Director for the BBV Chamber is the event coordinator for the NWA Green expo and will share information about the event. The Green Expo features over 70 exhibitor booths along with several nationally recognized keynote speakers. Some of the events included are • Events for the kids on Saturday, including an appearance from Rock U Mentally, The Mad Science team and plenty of hands-on experiences. • Examples of renewable energy, solar and geothermal. • The latest eco-friendly vehicles. • Free educational workshops on Saturday, including gardening, recycling, rain barrels, rain gardens and composting. • The American Red Cross blood drive. • A chance to win a Bosch energy-efficient stainless steel dishwasher.
