Join me this week as we discuss ways to help us ALL make the best decisions for ourselves. I don’t think that we’ve really figured out the power of our own choices and the effect that the choices we make, have on others. We’ve all heard it before, “one wrong decision can change your life.” The one thing that we’re going to do is identify if we’re to blame. We must be held accountable for the choices that we’ve made in life.

If you made the choice and didn’t like the outcome, why did you do it? How are you processing information and how is it affecting your behavior? Is there something deeper going on with you…

  • Low self-esteem (yada yada yada-NO ONE wants to admit it but is it true?)
  • Bitterness (everything that you do is done from your angry, wounded and painful place?)
  • Adventurous (you don’t think anything out; you just dive in and ask for the life jacket later?)
  1. You chose to focus on the negative aspects of life and ended up with a miserable life…
  2. You chose to opt out of post-education that led to endless DEAD-END jobs…
  3. You chose to get into a relationship with someone who was your type but didn’t compliment your life…
  4. You chose to withhold your love & affection believing that what you withheld you would eventually get  :-/
  5. You really are a victim of someone else’s bad choice but now you don’t know how to make decisions beyond their mistakes…?
