It seems Phil Morris has his late dad, Greg Morris—who starred in the original Mission: Impossible TV series—to thank for inspiring him to play hyper-sensitive attorney Jackie Chiles on Seinfeld. "My father was a huge influence. Mission: Impossible was a legendary show. It broke so many wonderful grounds in terms of diversity in casting," Phil tells NDB Media host Roger Noriega. "And it was a very high-level show—espionage, and gadgets and technology we'd never seen before. As a kid, that's like Disneyland. I was with him at the studio for my whole upbringing. We'd go twice, three times a month with my dad and hang out. That had lots to do with the decisions I made later on as an actor."
