The new Events Portal is going live on April 1, 2019. The process will be easier for registration and check-in at the events. Everyone should understand the new requirements, especially at the time of check-in at event. Each participant is required to have a current form of ID along with the ticket they were sent when resgistering for an event. The ticket contains a Bar Code that will be scanned at the check-in table.
New IBDs that were issued a Voucher will no longer need the Voucher to pay for the event. The system will automatically recognize they are new and upon check-out for payment, the amount will show zero dollars ($0). Partners, guests or spouces will be charged $200 which can be paid with a credit card at the time of check-out.
Everyone should watch the videos prior to registering for an event. The tab for how to register is found at the top of the event, registration page. These video explain the sigh-up process. Note: Each participant of an event should purchase a ticket seperately so their name can be printed on their ticket. Multiple tickets purchased by one person will only contain the name of the purchaser. The purchaser is the only person that can use those tickets. Another person can not use them.
