Join us on BeLove Radio with Kidest Om for an interview with Dr. Wendy Treynor, 35-year-old cancer survivor, psychologist—slash—scientist of human emotion, thought, and behavior, inspirational speaker, and author, who shares her perspective, as both scientist and human being, on how to transcend emotional pain.  At the root of human suffering lies negative emotion and when it comes to alleviating it, the trick is not necessarily to rid ourselves of the circumstances that create the negative emotion, but instead, to rid our body and mind of the negative emotion, itself.  Ridding ourselves of negative emotion can be done in three ways, in particular: through (1) mental techniques, (2) body and breath work, and (3) selective everyday group (social context) placement.  Drawing on her research and life experience, Dr. Treynor will share with us some of her healing insights in this not-to-be missed interview.
