With most people on high speed internet nowadays it makes sense to send video email. I recently signed up for a free video email service and was amazed at how easy it was to send a quality video email. It's called Eyejot.com All you need is a webcam and microphone. Some webcams have a microphone built in. It's simple just creat an Eyejot account and click the message link at the top then the "create a message" button, you'll need to have your webcam connected at this point then you can see your webcam screen and add the subject line text, add the email recipients email and type in some text for your message and push record when you're ready to record the video message. If you want to upload an existing video from your harddrive, you'll need to sign up for a Pro account which is only about $25 for a year which is what I did and uploaded a 50 megabyte video from my camera and was surprised how quickly it uploaded and played fine for my recipient.
