Getting Over the Abuse of This Reality

How many of you have been abused in this reality?  It could be mentally, emotionally, physically, spritually, sexually, financially.  Any where you've been invalidated or invalidate yourself is a place of abuse. 

What if you didn't have to function from that place any more?  What if you didn't have to use the story of your abuse to justify all things you haven't been able to change in your life?  What else would be possible in your life if you didn't hold yourself back anymore because of the abuse you've experienced?
