Ron Passaro has over 20 years of medical sales in S. Cal. marketplace. He has sold and marketed into hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and physicians offices. He specialized in surgical devices, MRI's, and Cardiology equipment.

Ron entered into senior care when his wife's 87 year old father needed to go into assisted living and realized the type of assistance he was receiving from social workers and placement agencies was nothing more than a long list of places to visit without taking into account the specific needs and budget. 

Ron realized that there was a lack of real service in this area and made it his mission to help families navigate the care options and make informed choices. Over three years later, Ron is the expert in aligning all the critical elements of a good placement. Care needed, environment of facility, location and budget are a few of what's considered. In person assessments and personal service are what sets Ron apart form other senior placement services. And all of this at No Charge to the individual or family.
