Many people for various reasons sees Ferguson as a failure as a city. If Ferguson is a failure as a city, America is a failure as a country. The difference in Ferguson compared to other cities is Ferguson is 67% Blacks.

Having things are not the major need in most cities in America. Good Godly behaviour is the major need in all America. Racial equality has never existed in America. For no one can change a man's heart, but laws can be changed to outline what racial equality is and penalities can be put in place and administered when racial inequality is proven not practiced.
