Call in to speak with the host
Poverty Sunday, Christians day of worship. The day I call out the religious community. The religious community is not doing enough to get rid of Poverty Sunday. Sunday worshippers includes indigent, working poor, middle class, upper middle class, and the wealthiest of Americans. They go they pray and poverty continues to grow across America. Week after week, year after year, Sunday worship goes as planned, and poverty continues to grow and grow. Makes you wonder?
Does Sunday gatherings have anything to do with who is rich and who is poor? Is Sunday gatherings about stuff. Stuff some people want and stuff other people show they are thankful for? Does Sunday gatherings make us better or worse or neither?
