My fantasy: End poverty in America in 2012, OK. Each Fortune 500 Company hires 60,000 people. Any Workers the companies cannot use are placed with non-profits in the  workers communities. This would work across America.  Workers would provide needed day care to elderly, disabled and children. Assist teachers in schools. Weatherize, and beautify cities which would in turn lift the spirits across America. We have cities in America today that never fully recovered from the 1980's recession. Because of the failure to recover from the 1980's some areas are experiencing higher unemployment rates today. Poverty ends once wealth, power, and knowledge decide to use their brains, hearts, and courage to benefit America rather than just their Store Houses. Read this 9-8-11 article by Michael Noer.
