Please join us for the president of the Harlan County Ridge Runners, home of the Black Mountain Adventure Park and Evarts Trailhead, Preston McLain. He has presided over this park since it's opening and has done an outstanding job bringing tourism to this appalachian area. Black Mtn. Park has been voted #1 on the ATV Pathfinder for four years straight.
