Of all the steps you can take to stay healthy and prevent disease, eating a nutritious diet is probably the most important. This week we'll begin a series of shows on Nutrition, Prevention, and Wellness starting with Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats. Robert will address questions such as, "do you know there are good fats?" "Do you know what that means -and why should you care?" "Did you know fiber is a carbohydrate?"
