Last week we had fun talking about E!'s series, The Girls Next Door.  Sherri, our 'expert' on the show, filled us in on lots of details about the girls and where they're going now.  We also talked about Dreams and Goals.  I shared my two personal goals: First, to get down to my goal weight by my birthday, which is June 29th.  Secondly, I will sing a song for the public to hear, one year from the date of the show (3/6/10).  I welcome you to call in and declare your goals and dreams.  What are you doing to realize this?  When do you want to have this happen by?  Call back along your journey and let us know how you're doing, big dreams come true by small accomplishments coming together.  Thanks for tuning in, until next time, Namaste (which means, the light within me salutes the light within you).
