Real Self, Real Simple

Our special guest, Carol Brackoneski will share with us her tips for finding your Real Self and living Real Simple. Carol is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice in CT who has worked with individuals and groups for over twenty years. She believes in the power of affirmations and in the Law of Attraction. She practices yoga almost daily and encourages her clients to do some type of relaxation activity everyday.
