    New to BTR!! Waking Up Orwell

    Be sure to mark your calendars for the debut edition of Waking Up Orwell on BlogTalkRadio airing from 9:00 -11:00 AM CST  (10AM EST/ 6AM PST)Waking Up Orwell, began as a magazine feature program on KOOP 91.7 FM in Austin, TX. The content of the show focused mainly on surveillance, identity, privacy and government abuses which create an atmosphere where you wake up in an Orwellian database state in America and abroad.   The plan for WUO is to increase it's segmented programming and special features without the pesky constraints of FCC regulation. When you listen to Waking Up Orwell, keep in mind that not everyone believes government is the answer.  The point of this program is to let you know now is not the time in American history to sit back and let the government drive.   We book activists, libertarians, Greens, and Progressives who are doing the best and hardest work among their contemporaries to restore the balances of State to Federal powers and checks and balances among Washington's 3 branches.Please take note of the call in number as we will be taking questions about featured content and welcome information coming in from the chat room.Until October 8th, please bookmark BeatTheChip.org for blog related news.
