WHAT'S UP FIGHT FANS?  It's time for a super action packed, pop culture love-in episode of Beards on MMA.

We welcome Isaac Vallie-Flagg at long last as our guest host.  We'll get an update on Ike's back, and what's up in Vallie-Flaggland.  We've had to reschedule with Ike twice now, and it will be good to finally get him on as a long time supporter of the Beards crew.
 
We also welcome Tommy Toe Hold to Beards on MMA for the first time.  The often animated (no pun intended) host of the Tommy Toe Hold show (which has also spun off Tommy's Sack) joins us to talk about the show, his creativity, and why Fox passed him up in favor of an Axe Cop comic*
 
We'll also get a blast from the n3rds on MMA past, as Leash will be joining us off the top of the show to sit in with us to chat about anything and everything on our minds.

We will close with observations of Bellator 97 tomorrow night, and UFC on Fox 8 from Seattle.
