On this week's edition of the G3 Podcast, we're back in the saddle to talk about:
-SimCity. SimCity's back, but is it back with a bang or a whimper? What's happened in the days since the game was released? Long time franchise fan Randal was eagerly looking forward to the release, and has been there since minute one of release. How have things worked out with the Origin requirements, and how has building the global economy worked out?
-A younger Lara Croft is back too for a new Tomb Raider, with a brand new look on life, and a new look in younger. The new game, a modernized prequel to the old ones finds Croft starting out as a fresh faced young woman as she goes from thrillseeker into the fearless adventurer you've become used to. How's it been received, and is this a good step for the franchise?
-Beau will be along to tell us about Emerald City Comic Con, and his time as a fan and booth volunteer at the events that took place this past weekend in Seattle. Beau also has some more of his now infamous gaming stories, including followups to the Minecraft discussions we had a couple weeks ago.
