Today we speak with David Mead of Propel, Inc.  Committed to a world in which people go home everyday fulfilled by the work they do, David works with business leaders and organizations to help create cultures that make that idea possible. Everything he does is designed to propel positive change so that people can progress toward what really matters to them.  Inspired by the Why movement and the opportunity to create a greater positive impact in the world, David partnered with Simon Sinek and the Start With Why team in 2009.  David advances the cause of the Why movement through speaking, workshops and consulting. He also creates tools and resources based on Simon’s content and co-hosts the Start With Why podcast.
