Speaking of Creative Design

Today we are talking with Aly Khalifa, the founder of Gamil Design.  Aly studied engineering and product design at NC State Univ, and has a passion for furthering the synthesis of creative design with creative engineering into a field called invention development.  This has lead to projects with companies like Nike, Trek and Bausch and Lomb.  Aly travels the world seeking out local designers who utilize regional, sustainable resources.  He also started Designbox, a creative collaborative in Raleigh, as well as SparkCon, an annual event which showcases creative artists of all types.

Aly will share his insights into the passion of creativity and how it is presented.
