He is the author of three books: The Four Factors of Effective Leadership, The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness, and The Freak Factor for Kids, and has counsulted to such companies as AT&T, State Farm, Ralph Lauren and BASF.
