On today's show, we talk with David Rendall.  David has a PhD in organizational leadership, as well as a graduate degree in psychology. During the last fifteen years he has spoken to audiences throughout the United States, South America, Africa and Australia about using weaknesses as strengths.  He is the author of three books: The Four Factors of Effective Leadership, The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness, and The Freak Factor for Kids, and has counsulted to such companies as AT&T, State Farm, Ralph Lauren and BASF.  David will share his insight about professional speaking and the importance of compelling communications.
