This week's show is packed with winners from last weekend's BBQ competition circuit.  We start the show with Matt Barber from Hot Wauchula's!  Matt will be talking about his RGC in Amelia Island this weekend.  Matt is also a great source of knowledge regarding sauce bottleing and label design so we will pick his brain a bit.

Our second guest is the GC from Amelia Island and that is Kenny Nadeau from Uncle Kenny's BBQ.  Kenny is not only a pitmaster on the circuit but has a restaurant and a line of sauces so we will talk about everything he has going on in the world of BBQ.

We close the show with Bill Allen from Hollywood N Swine to talk about his GC this weekend in Harrisburg, VA KCBS competition.  We had the pleasure of meeting Bill in Rhode Island this year and look forward to welcoming him "In the Pit" for his first appearance!
