This week "In the Pit" we are joined by two great guests.  We will start off with Craig Sharry from Texas Pepper Jelly.  Craig is a very successful entrepruener and excellent competition BBQ cook.  This first hour of radio will be a live panel and we welcome callers to participate.  If I was you, I would definitely call in and pick his brain about cooking a good brisket!

Our second guest tonight is America's most loved cowboy since John Wayne, Kent Rollins!  Kent was the runner up in the Chopped Grill Master series on Food Network.  Kent is one of the nice gentlemen you will ever meet and has a passion for cooking that he loves to share with others.  You will definitely want to tune in for this as Kent may have an announcement or two to make on how you can cook side by side with him and learn the tricks he has mastered in his 30+ years of dutch oven and chuck wagon cooking.
