    Cheeseburger Soft Taco

    4  6" fajita-size flour tortillas
    1 pound lean ground beef (sirloin)
    4 Tablespoons plus 4 teaspoons Tabasco Brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    4 small green lettuce leaves
    1 large red onion, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices, pulled into rings
    12 dill pickle slices
    4  1/4 inch thick slices of tomato


    Mix together ground beef and 4 tablespoons of Tobasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce. Separate into 4 equal parts, and form each part into a thin half moon-shapped patty. (Shape each patty to fit folded tortilla)

    Season each patty with salt and pepper, cook about 3 minutes on each side, or to desired teprature. When patties are almost done, evenly sprinkle each patty with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and allow cheese to melt. Remove patties to plate and keep warm.

    Warm tortillas on the grill for a few seconds on each side. Place a lettuce leaf on 1/2 of a warmed tortilla, and top with 3 onion rings, 3 pickle slices and one tomato slice. Place a hot cheeseburger patty on top of tomato slice, Top cheeseburger with one teaspoon of Tobasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce and fold tortilla in half. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

    Serves 4
