Description: h:15706 s:246201	We are testing out a couple of new recipes. Instead of chicken we're doing cornish hens. The glaze / BBQ sauce recipe for the hens in this segment is 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup peach preserves, 1/8 cup of Chipotle flavored Tabasco Sauce, 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1/4 cup honey. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer on the stove until thickened. Baste on hens the last 15 minutes of cooking. Listen to this segment for the cornish hen recipe. expand
