We are going to see if we can figure out how to work this blog radio with a 30 minutes test show tonight at 11pm est. Future shows will aire on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday at 11m est. We will talk about the show ( West Coast people you havent seen it yet) and whats going on in the house. Will be GREAT for endurance comps and finding out what to expect on BBAD.
