The Texans will probably be the same as they have been for the last three seasons. A really great defense dragged down by a bad offense and really bad special teams. And unlike the previous two seasons, it may doom them from winning the AFC South.

I want Paul Kuharsky’s old AFC South job. So just like last year, I’ll be previewing the AFC South here at Battle Red Blog. This afternoon, LIVE via the spoken word during your drive home at 5 p.m., it’s the Texans with Battle Red Blog’s own, and James Joyce’s finest, Luke Beggs.

Topics include: offensive improvement, Tom Savage optimism, Deshaun Watson starting quarterback?, if Lamar Miller will bounce back in 2017, the thin wide receiver position, how good can this defense be, J.J. Watt+Jadeveon Clowney+Whitney Mercilus=death and destruction, special teams’ misery, and Bill O’Brien speculation.

The drill will be the same always and forever. Leave whatever questions you have in the comments, and we will answer them at the end of the show. Whether you listen or not (which you should), all questions are welcome and we are grateful for whatever you throw at us.
