Armor of God | The Good Fight of Faith: Part Seven

Text: Ephesians 6:11-18

1. Put on the armor, & take up ALL your gear.
2. It must be the standard issued gear of the Army. No cheap substitutions.
3. Weapon systems are developed to defeat a specific enemy:
   • in a particular terrain or environment.
   • on a modern battlefield, and the future one.
4. For the Lord's Army & Christian soldiers - our primary enemy is spiritual in nature.
5. Therefore, we don't use the weapons of this world in the battle. No swords, rifles, grenades, suicide vests, roadside bombs, etc., to advance the kingdom of God.

"Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places...."
