Tonight I will be talking about the effectiveness of The Atkins Diet and how it has helped me to lose almost 60 pounds in about 100 days (since April 15, 2010). I'll be exposing all the secrets that you need to lose weight easily and with little to no exercise. I will also tell you about some foods that you should never eat if you are trying to lose weight. I'll be explaining how the body uses the food that you eat and how to use that food to burn body fat.
