Karen.. the chat is always on... however... if you ever see a problem in the room... (like you cannot see chat, need to know if the switchboard is updated, etc. by all means call me on air ...don't ce.. I'll answer... anyone is welcome to do so... 512-966-0786... anything i can do to help the listeners is a welcomed suggestion or heads up!
