Charlie Brown, MBA, is a successful weight loss surgery patient having lost 137lbs. since January 2007. She is the Executive Director of Bariatric Care Network. Over the last several years, Chef Dave has written, contributed and advised on several editorial boards for publications throughout the country. In 2003 David Fouts wrote his first book, “Culinary Classics: Essentials of Cooking for the Gastric Bypass Patient”. These days, you can find Chef Dave lecturing and performing cooking seminars across the country. He advises on food and product developing teams for companies such as Keebler, Uncle Ben’s, Coke, PepsiCo and many others. In addition Chef Dave is on the advisory board for the Obesity Action Coalition as well as the Spokes person for the ACF Kids Obesity Initiative Charlie is a highly sought after Bariatric Relationship Speaker and Radio Talk Show Host. She has an extensive background in relationship seminar facilitating and leadership commutation training. Charlie has been married to husband Charles for 19 years with six daughters and understands what it takes to create longevity in a relationship.
