Credit Card "Security" Chips, Is Rubio eligible for President & the GOP Debate

Almost if not everyone carries a credit or debit card with them today. I bet you have one now in your wallet or purse. Are the Credit Card so-called Security Chips the first the beginnings of the "Mark of the Beast"? A grievance has been filed contesting Rubio's eligibility to be President. One of our contributors asks:   "if this is true does that mean he {Rubio} is collecting donations under false pretenses?"
