On June 10th, 2012 we engaged in a 2 part ceremony. Part I served two purposes: (1) To Forgive ourselves, to release anger and resentment, (2) Identify realistic achievable goals by this date, and attempt to complete at least some of your realistic goals.
Did you write down your realistic goals of completion? Did you place your written realistic goals inside of your self addressed enveloped with a postal stamp? Did you hold on to the envelope? Did you mail this envelope to yourself the first week in October 2012?
