Chique 30 Minutes With Author Patty Friedmann

Patty started out with humor book, Too Smart to Be Rich, then she has written eight literary novels.  Eleanor Rushing was Discover Great New Writers selection and Original Voices selection; Secondhand Smoke was BookSense 76 selection and in 2009 was listed by Oxford American as one of 30 most underrated Southern books, along with Gone with the Wind, Deliverance, and A Lesson Before Dying. Her short stories, reviews, and essays have been in Newsweek, Oxford American, Publishers Weekly, The Loft, Brightleaf, Times-Picayune, and other publications. Current books are YA Taken Away and the book she's promoting, e-novel Too Jewish.
