You've come to know and love our Thursday editions of BangTheBook Radio because we are able to cover a lot of games and give out a lot of opinions across college football and the NFL. We did it again this week as host Adam Burke welcomed professional handicappers Brad Powers and Tony George to the program. With Brad, the guys covered a long list of college football games, including Boston College vs. NC State, Utah vs. Stanford, Iowa vs. Minnesota, Florida State vs. Miami, and a few games by listener request. The Pick Six segment added some extra games and opinions to the show.
Tony George from Doc's Sports also joined for this week's Picks & Predictions segment. The guys looked at the NFL to touch on Jaguars vs. Chiefs and also Packers vs. Lions. On the college football side, they touched on Iowa State vs. Oklahoma State and also Oklahoma vs. Texas, as the next installment of the Red River Rivalry kicks off this weekend. Tony also had a few MLB playoff thoughts at the end of the segment.
