A new week on The Bettor's Box with host Adam Burke began with your listener questions during the Monday Mailbag segment. Listener participation is a big deal for us at BangTheBook and Adam was able to answer questions about his process, umpires and their influences on betting, bankroll management, and doubleheaders. Then we went Beyond the Box Score to evaluate some series that just closed up, including Mariners vs. Indians, Rockies vs. Marlins, Reds vs. Twins, and Braves vs. Phillies.

Adam recapped line moves in the Down the Lines segment and also gave out a couple of picks for Monday night's action. With the Monday Mailbag running a little long, we bypassed a sabermetric stat of the day and looked at some series that begin on Monday or Tuesday night to help you bang the books this week.
