I train For Sale By Owner home owners and help them understand the benefits of selling FSBO in any market whether it's a foreclosure buyers market or a super heated sellers market. I provide a paradigm shift in the line of thinking when it comes to selling your own home vs. hiring a real estate agent. I help people decide who is and how to hire the right agent if they decide to go that route too. I am passionate about real estate in general and I find that too many people are not aware of all the pitfalls. I try to teach people the pitfalls or at least help them to open their eyes a little wider so they don't get taken. Everyone tries to sell get rich quick by buying real estate programs but how many people do you actually know that have succeeded? On the other hand how many of the people you know purchased these programs and are too embarrassed to admit it because they didn't become the next Trump right away. Knowledge is not power.
