You don’t measure up!
You are too slow, too fast, too dumb, too smart, over qualified, under qualified, too big, to small, too short, too tall, too rich, too poor, too this and too that! These should be the BEST years of your life, but you are constantly taking hits, because you don’t measure up!

Your ego, self esteem, pride and self image and constantly under media attack.

Through words, images and actions all around us we are being sent the same message….You don’t measure up!!Just in case you did not already know,. You are NOT supposed to. That’s right you are a one of a kind original, like no other. And although you may have similarities with others,  you are designed to be one of a kind. And this is the season to embrace the fact that you do not measure up!!

This series biblical focus is in Romans 12:2 “…be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...” In the beginning we were made in the image of God, now we can not even imagine and practice living God-like lives .But if the creator is not holding up a measuring stick, but holding out opportunities for us to improve, then why should we allow the insults, advertisings, and negativities of other humans to continue to push on our self image. Doesn’t the Bible also say, “you are a peculiar people…(1 Peter 2.9)” And if you are called to be peculiar then we are going to empower you to walk in your UNIQUENESS!!
