Speaking to parents about safety concerns

We had a great show this past week, where we spoke to many parents who own wonderful online companies that provide products to babies and children. Also we learned more about the foods we eat and recalls of the foods we eat, how often the public needs to be notified. Why isn't the public more notified on recalls?

We will post to our blog weekly of a brief of our segment show- If you want to listen in to
our live show, please feel free to, at http://www.BabyHuggables.com  (click on the "Blog Talk Radio" button on our homepage- top left.

We run our live radio show every Monday- Wednesday & Friday at 10:00am (EST) until November 4th, 2007- at which the time will change.

We love to hear from everyone who is listening, so please call in and be our live guest.

Our commentary will run different every week, where we will speak about all sort of topics concerning babies and toddlers.

We would love to speak to you personally, talk about your website and any
information you can provide to our listeners. Parents might have a hard
time sifting through the internet to narrow down a search, so by calling in
and speaking to us live, another listener can learn more about your product
or gain valuable information, saving time.

Anyone can listen to segments of our live show- Click on the icon from our
homepage, and select a segment to listen to.

We run our show from 30-60 minutes depending on the topic of that week.

This week our commentary covered Baby Proofing, here are our tips we
    would like to share.

Baby Proof every single year- This is a super must- As babies grow they
become more aware with their suroundings, and it's then time to update
or change the way you baby proofed your home when your baby was a
new born. Every single year, mark it on your caledar.

Go through the toys every 60 days for broken toys, remove unused batteries
from toys that are not played with, toss out worn toys, check buttons on the
eyes of stuffed animals. This  is a must for babies until the age of 5.

Checking the rear and front of mini vans and large SUV's for hidden children
that might be in the front of the parked SUV/Mini Van or in the rear of an SUV or Mini
Van. Children are not tall, therefor they can not be seen once you are inside a
larger automobile, they can not be seen in the rear either.
Back your car in your drive way, set on the emergancy break, and make sure
you lock your car at all times. When you leave to get in your automobile,
you will pass by the rear of the car which you can check for children hidding.
Before you start your automobile, check the front for any hidding children, or
children who might be sitting in the front of the car. Please check for children.
    This is a must-
DO NOT ever leave a child in any car while it is running- or while it is
turned off- anything can happen and the last thing you would want, is to bring
    your child harm!

Please join us as we go live on the air Monday- Wednesday & Friday at 10:00am
(EST) Please call if you are a mother, parent or grandparent with concerns for your
child. Any advice you would like to pass along to our listeners.

We hope to hear from you soon,
    Sherri
