Cheating?

What is it that a man or women defines as cheating? Most seem to think it's just sexual contact. Well it's not! When you are already in established relationship with someone you can't just go flirting with other people whenever you want. Building a relationship takes time and once the relationship is built you have to keep it interesting. The two main causes of people cheating are lack of interest and un-satisfaction with their partner. The best thing to do is just keep the good times rolling.

My problem is the "technology based cheating". One of my ex's would always get these nude and nasty photos from girls via his phone or the internet. Now when I would ask him about it he said he wasn't doing anything wrong.  His idea was, "If I'm not having sex with her then I'm not cheating." That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in my entire life! The fact is that lusting after others when you have already dedicated yourself to someone is wrong.

The real question is, how do you feel after you've cheated on your spouse? Do you feel invigorated, special, sexy, or just down right dirty? If you feel invigorated and sexy, then you should talk to your spouse about your needs and how you want to be treated and how you want to feel. If you feel invigorated and special, then that means your partner is lacking something you desperately need. Either your spouse used to have it and ten lost, or they just flat out never had it. This would encourage you to continue the relationship with the "other person", but is that one quality that they have to make you feel special really enough? If you feel down right dirty, then you realize that you have made a huge mistake or you like that dirty feeling and realize that you are just not ready to be in a relationship with anybody right now.

The best thing to do is to at least try to make it work. If all else fails then I guess it's time for you to do what you gotta do.
