My grandmother used to say, if you don't like what you got...change it! Easier said than done when the subject matter is addiction: alcohol, drugs, sex, shopping, eating, gambling...you name it! If it's driving you and your life has become unmanageable, I promise you, there is Another Way of Living that is just right for you...but you gotta want it! Call me and lets talk about it. If you or a loved one is suffering from addiction - you are not alone...call me, I know, I've been there!
