    feeling alone

    I've been on blog talk radio for a couple of weeks and I am beginning to wonder if anybody is out there.  This is my first time on the internet and perhaps it is because I am not that familiar with it and how listeners find you and connect.  Then I think, maybe I'm on the wrong time; maybe it's the wrong day; maybe the wrong station...and on and on my thinking goes.  That is my dis-ease talking - when I'm in fear or change or something that I'm not familiar with, right away my head starts to think of a way to get out.  My old way was to say f,,, it...I'm outta here...but today I have different tools.  In sobriety, I have learned not to run, drink, use drugs or any other type of diversion to get away from myself.  

    That is my topic tonight.  Feeling different, feeling alone.  If you identity, call in to the show and lets talk about it.  Later..SD
