    CORRUPTION

to corrupt is commonly understood to mean to weaken and erode but let us take note of an instance where corruption inherently strengthens a system or individual. for example a child with a degenerative brain disorder who happens to be a musical genius. where there is a crack, now some light might sneak into corrupt the darkness itself. this apparent coincidence is the paradox that science, medical and otherwise, cannot allow for at present. if it is nothing more than coincidence when a structure is strengthened through corruption than a more convincing example can be found. the bank. however corruption can also weaken. in fact corruption cannot singularly manifest good or bad, it must affect both sides of the coin. or edges of the blade if you will. and like the knife, corruption must be respected as any other powerful notion, dream, reason or myth. let us no longer erroneously believe in some aloof analog righteousness instilled in humankind by a mysterious and absent higher power. the symbiotic nature of everything alive from fuel to fire requires destruction corruption and pain, along with growth creation and pleasure. to respect and experience these elements of life, is to transcend exhaustion inflicted by them.
