Leadership Skills Training Mechanics Moves from Philosophy to Strategy!

Leadership skills training or rather how we look under the hood of leadership development has been influenced by a few mis-conceptions. So our August 1st and 8th shows of "Inside LeadershipTraining Mechanics" have focused on doing a bit of analysis on that thing we call "reality".

Those two shows also pulled back the veil on leadership philosophy and provided listeners with a peek at the core tenets we'll be exploring in many future episodes! In fact, as we speak, the written transcripts and audio files of those shows are being processed and packaged into short booklet form - for your reading, learning and listening pleasure.

Our August 15 and 22nd shows will begin our evaluation of the roles, principles and purposes of strategy (such as, strategic intentions and imperatives) in today's leadership skills training and leadership development programs.

And starting next week - well, we will announce it officially on our Friday, August 15, 2008, "Inside Leadership Training Mechanics" show - we will launch our next show on your Awesome Leaders Win! channel here on the fabulous BlogTalkRadio network!
